Karen Barbalace Aesthetics is pleased to offer a medical weight management program with your optimal health in mind with an emphasis on lifestyle change and accountability that includes healthy eating, hydration, and personal fitness. This plan includes oral or injectable weight loss medications (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide)

How does the program work?
This program is designed to be a commitment to your health.
During your consultation you will meet with our Nurse Practitioner, Karen, for a full medical history and vital signs will be taken. If you are a candidate and decide to move forward with the program, initial labs will be drawn. Labs will be reviewed and discussed when results are received.
Oral medications and/or injections will be prescribed.
Schedule your weekly Lipo-B injections with KBA.
Vital signs and weight will be taken monthly.

What Does The KBA Weight Management Program Include?
Our 6 month weight management plan includes everything in one package to get you started on your weight-loss journey
Initial labs to check hormone levels, vitamin D, vitamin B12, thyroid levels, and more.
Weekly Lipo-B injections.
Monthly follow ups with our Nurse Practitioner, Karen.
Medications for weight loss.
How much does the program cost?
The cost of the program will vary with different medications and requires a 6 month commitment. Program costs will be discussed during initial consultation. A consultation consists of a complete history and physical.
Consultation Fee $150
Labs - $200
Please note that all no shows/late cancellations will be charged a $50 fee.
