We value our patients. Please take some time to go over our Med Spa policies so we can better serve you.

Booking Appointments

You may be asked to provide a deposit at the time of booking. All deposits will be applied to services rendered. Less than 24-hour cancellation or “no show” will forfeit your deposit. Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled start time for paperwork. Late arrivals may be rescheduled. Beginning June 1, 2023 all patients must have credit card on file. All credit cards are encrypted and stored on your personal account. We apologize for this inconvenience but “no shows” and “late cancellations” are on the rise.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling require a 24-hour notice. If you cancel after that time or fail to attend a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee. You will not be able to schedule another appointment until the fee is paid.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, Care Credit, Cherry Payment Plans, or credit cards. We accept HSA and FSA cards for office visits, hormone pellets, and labs. A credit card is required to be kept on file and will be encrypted for your protection.

Refund Policy

Treatments and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Karen Barbalace Aesthetics reserves the right to offer and recommend an alternative service if the treatment requested is not available. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase or by the expiration date listed on your card/certificate. Present your card at time of check-in for service. Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Karen Barbalace Aesthetics is not responsible for lost gift cards/ gift certificate.

Combined Package, Promotion and Discount Policies

In general, packages and gift specials are already discounted and may not be combined with other discounts, packages, promotions, or other special offers.

Retail Return Policy

We do not accept returns of unused and unopened retail items recently purchased from Karen Barbalace Aesthetics. We accept exchanges should any allergic reaction occur, or we will be glad to offer you a store credit which can be used for future retail purchases.

Privacy Policy

One of our highest commitments is your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your photos, credit card info, address, phone numbers, and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We value and respect our members’ privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations and communications from us.

Photos

Please note that KBA requires before and after pictures for all treatment as part of your medical record and will remain private unless written consent is given to Karen Barbalace Aesthetics, PLLC for social media and advertising purposes.

Pricing Disclaimer

We reserve the right to change product or service prices at anytime.

Special Consideration

Please inform your aesthetic provider of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking, or any notable changes since your last treatment.

Children

Please note that children are not allowed into the spa unless they are receiving treatments and are accompanied by an adult. We love children, however, we don’t want your little ones to get hurt at KBA.

Please note that all no shows/late cancellations will be charged a $50 fee.
